Meet Deborah

Upon graduation from The University of Georgia, Deborah moved to Los Angeles to pursue a career in the television and film industry.

She hit the ground running and ultimately built a film production company providing sound design and editorial services for mainstream feature films. Deborah worked with all the major studios and negotiated multi-million-dollar contracts. She sold her business in 2007 and moved back to her roots in Georgia where she obtained her certification as a licensed Divorce Mediator in 2007 and in 2010 additionally obtained her Real Estate license. Although Deborah still serves as a divorce mediator on a referral basis, she devotes the bulk of her time to real estate. Basically, negotiating is her life!! Deborah tremendously enjoys every aspect of real estate representing buyers and sellers. She also renovates and flips a property now and then. This experience is invaluable to both her buyers AND sellers with her ability to evaluate every property for potential renovations and to determine what “fixes” will get her clients the most bang for their buck.

Deborah has served as a member and board member for The Rotary Club of South Forsyth, and as a member and board member for the 400 North Board of Realtors. She has also served as a committee member and/or chairperson for multiple charity events for these amazing organizations and is proud to have been able to raise extensive funds for several local charities in Forsyth County. In addition, Deborah is a Mentor to a child through Mentor Me, a North Georgia non-profit organization established in 2002.

Deborah is devoted to representing her clients with honor while still being a bulldog on the business end of things. Most of her clients become close friends as they tend to end up having lots of laughs during the process of buying and selling homes.

Whether buying or selling in any metropolitan Atlanta community, Deborah’s extensive business background serves her clients in many tangible and intangible ways. Deborah has never lost a bidding war for any of her buyers while, in most cases, not even being the highest bidder. She also evaluates and advises her Sellers as to the pros and cons of multiple offers well beyond just the offered price. Deborah fights for her clients as if she is fighting for herself or her family members and she has a great time doing it!
